Website Maintenance Options

After your Website has launched there'll be a need to keep it current. Asirastudio offers several options to keep your content fresh and your website running the latest software. Simply choose a service below that best suits your company’s needs and leave the rest to us!

Pay-As-You-Go

We recommend this to those with only occasional additions and updates (2-3 times a year on average). This maintenance is charged at an hourly rate of $75 with a half hour minimum. No plan necessary: send an email at any time with a detailed list of update requests and Asirastudio will provide a time and cost estimate. The turn-around for most content updates (see qualifying list below) is approximately 3 business days. However, if your requests are found to be more complex, this time estimate may vary.

Yearly CMS Upgrade

Asirastudio highly encourages you and stresses the importance in keeping your content management system up-to-date. Installing the latest release of the system fixes errors found in previous versions and helps prevent the risk of security failure, while also enabling new features to help you keep your content up to date. While there are on average 2-3 releases of your CMS throughout the year, Asirastudio suggests upgrading your CMS at least once per year. These upgrades are typically scheduled close to the anniversary of your initial launch or contract date.

Monthly Fixed Cost Content Plans

Too busy to update your website content? Let Asirastudio do it for you! Fixed monthly maintenance plans are designed to save you money by establishing a pre-set block of hours at reduced rates. These plans are best suited for those interested in regularly updating website content. Along with the type of updates listed below, each monthly update includes a Site Review and Site Back-up. • Updates to page copy, keywords & images
• File uploading (images, PDFs, docs)
• Image Preparation & optimization
• Minor edits to presentation code (CSS)
• Addition of pages2
• Product entry
• Calendar and News Updates

EACH MONTHLY SERVICE INCLUDES:

• Site Back-up: A full copy of your website will be created and saved.
• Site Review: Asirastudio will test for broken pages, links, images and forms. Examination of the overall design and content will be performed to ensure cohesiveness across the site.
• Yearly CMS Upgrade for select plans

HOW DOES IT WORK?

First contact Asirastudio to learn more and to select a plan that will work best for your needs. When you are ready to update your website content each month, email a detailed list of your requested changes and Asirastudio will review and provide a time estimate.

• Most content updates are completed within 3 days of request, but will be scheduled accordingly in the order they are received.
• If there are no requested changes for the month, Asirastudio still performs Site Back-up and Site Review.
• Unused hours are not refunded and do not roll-over each month.
• Contracts are available as 6-month or 1-year and paid monthly. New contracts must pay the first two months up-front.
• You will be billed the 1st business day of every month.
• You may pay with cash, check or credit card.
• Work that goes over the alotted number of hours a month will be billed at the rate of your current plan.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:

• New concept, page templates, or module design.
• New development.
• Modifications to the functionality of current website components.
• Domain Name or Hosting Maintenance.

Rush Requests & Fees

Rush requests may or may not be available due to scheduling conflicts and are accepted on a per-project basis. If you feel that a rush charge would benefit your project’s time line, please indicate your needs in the update request. Rush charges are not automatically added to a job and your approval of charges is necessary before work begins. Rush charges are based on the percentage of the cost of service. Add 25% for weekday rush jobs and 50% for weekend rush jobs. Business hours are Monday thru Friday, 9am–5pm.
